EDI Foundations is a consulting business founded to help organizations and teams of all sizes build equity into their policies and practices.

Stacy Brooks of Louisville, Kentucky, founded EDI Foundations. Stacy brings a rich academic background and nearly ten years of experience in Human Resources, Inclusion and Diveristy, and product management at a Fortune 50 company. Stacy has worked with everyone from teams of two, to non-profits, to 90,000-employee corporations.

EDI the same as DEI?

It is our belief that putting equity - which can be measured - first makes all the difference.

I've trained my team on implicit bias and other DEI trainings, why do I need your help?

Trainings are important - we offfer them, too. But they are one small part of a broad approach to equity. If all your organization has done to address equity is offer trainings, there is much more you can be doing (and we're here to help).
